Here are the four elements:
- A collaborative partnership that includes tools, techniques, insights, bigger thinking, creativity and, most of all, a focus on your strengths, what makes you unique and how you want to put that uniqueness to economic use.
- Weekly sessions. We connect frequently, usually weekly, and by telephone. This consistent structure provides the supportive framework needed for whatever we work on. As a collaborative effort, this helps us both with tighter focus, increased accountability, week-to-week actions, criteria for progress & measures, and a real feeling that progress is being made.
- A personal focus. This is most significant. The focus of our work has to be on you, not just the goal. Our belief is quite simple. All improvement is dependent upon seeing yourself as greater than you are.
- A bias for action. The environment affects you.

is what actions must you take to generate results. These actions,
unique to you, will shape your future.
